手工香橙苹果果酱

材料:鲜橙3个,青苹果1个,柠檬1个,冰糖大约半杯

去除鲜橙的皮和白色的膜,只保留果肉,加入冰糖(也可以使用麦芽糖或砂糖)腌渍过夜

第二天冰糖已经完全融化,果汁也因为冰糖的作用而从果肉释出。不需要加水,就利用这现成的果汁来熬煮果酱。

只保留一个橙的果皮,去除白色部分后切丝

果皮用沸水煮十分钟去掉苦味,然后把水倒掉

青苹果连果皮种子一起切丁(也可以打成糊状)。青苹果+柠檬+糖熬煮后会产生天然的果冻状果胶,就不需要再添加人工果胶来增加黏稠度了
柠檬取汁备用

全部材料一起熬煮三十分钟至黏稠状。果酱在沸腾的时候会显得比较稀,冷却后就会变得黏稠。为了测试黏稠度是否已经达到要求,可以倒几滴在盘子里静置冷却观察。

煮好后趁热装入已经消毒好的玻璃瓶,并将瓶子倒过来

自制的果酱完成咯!可以收藏2星期,拿取的时候要用干净无水无油的汤匙

完全没有人工添加物,而且里面是100%的果肉。

可以拿来泡水果茶,搽面包,加入酸奶或者自制冰淇淋哦
